Legal Strategy Consulting
Independent analysis of case theory, chronology, evidence, factual vulnerabilities, and practical next steps.
A veteran-owned practice focused on whole-case analysis, case strategy consulting, appellate record review, and strategy-directed investigative support.

About Randy
Randy G. Torgerson entered military service in 1983. In 1987, he graduated from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center. He obtained California Private Investigator License 20723 in 2000 and has since worked on local, nationwide, and international matters.
The practice now places primary emphasis on legal strategy and consulting. Randy reviews complete case files, reconstructs chronology, analyzes testimony and documentary evidence, identifies contradictions and missing proof, tests competing case theories, and recommends focused investigative priorities.
Services are designed for attorneys, law firms, businesses, and private clients who need an independent assessment of a complicated or document-heavy matter. Work may support initial case evaluation, active litigation, deposition and discovery planning, fraud analysis, and appellate strategy.
Randy's investigative background allows the strategy review to move beyond document organization. When the record identifies a factual gap, the analysis can be translated into a targeted plan for witnesses, records, transactions, field verification, surveillance, or other lawful evidence development.
Professional Focus
The goal is to understand the case as a whole and direct resources toward facts that can change the analysis.
Independent analysis of case theory, chronology, evidence, factual vulnerabilities, and practical next steps.
Complete record examination for initial litigation decisions and appellate counsel's evaluation of the trial record.
Witness, records, financial, field, and international work directed by the strategic needs of the matter.
Working Method
The analysis does not begin by assuming that the client's preferred explanation is correct. Favorable and unfavorable evidence are compared, gaps are identified, and alternative interpretations are tested against the record.

Describe the case stage, approximate record size, and the decision or problem that requires a fresh review.
Professional boundary: Randy G. Torgerson, P.I. is not a law firm. Strategy consulting and investigative analysis are prepared for review by licensed counsel, who remains responsible for legal advice, legal conclusions, filings, and the strategy ultimately adopted.
