Privacy Policy
How information submitted through rtpi.us for strategy consulting and investigative services is collected and used.
Information submitted by visitors
When you use the contact form, the website may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organization, professional role, selected consulting service, and the message you provide. Do not submit privileged communications, highly sensitive personal information, account credentials, medical records, financial account numbers, or evidence through the public form.
Case documents
Case files, appellate records, and large document collections should be transferred only after the assignment is discussed and an appropriate secure delivery method is established. Submission of an inquiry does not mean a matter has been accepted.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, evaluate whether a strategy consulting or investigative assignment may be accepted, prevent misuse, and maintain ordinary business records. Submission does not create an engagement, legal representation, or professional relationship.
Hosting and server records
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, access time, requested pages, and security logs. This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts in its initial configuration.
Disclosure
Inquiry information is not sold. It may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to operate the website, protect rights or security, comply with law, or obtain professional technical assistance subject to appropriate confidentiality expectations.
Retention and security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed secure. Information may be retained for business, legal, security, and conflict-checking purposes.
